Exchanges and store credit only with original receipt within 14 days (30 days for online sales). NO CASH REFUNDS.

All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. All clothing and shoes must have their original tags and be free of dirt, hair, fur and odors.

All purchases are final for any product that is marked down as being "On Sale"

Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns (we DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return shipments).

There is a 5% processing fee for cancelled orders that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

There is a 15% re-stocking fee for any special ordered non-stocking item that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For web store purchases, please contact us with a brief explanation for the return before shipping anything.

EU/EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at orders.nocomply@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned item in unused, original condition with tags attached, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This right applies to all items, including sale merchandise. It does not apply to items that have been used, damaged, or are not in resalable condition.
